A note from Jill. 
I have relocated to Santa Cruz County in Northern California, a short drive from most Bay Area cities
including San Jose, Oakland, and San Francisco. 
Though I will continue to support my many clients in Los Angeles County and the remainder of Southern California.
This relocation will enable me to expand my consulting practice and
dog-related expert witness work to Bay Area cities and nearby counties.
I am available for telephone consultations, on-site investigations, depositions, and court appearances throughout the State of California.
